Leah graduated from The Institute for Therapeutic Massage in 2015. Leah is a firm believer that a relaxing massage and a therapeutic massage are not mutually exclusive. She has cultivated a flowing, intentional and slower paced style designed to lead you to a place of deep relaxation - allowing your body the space and safety it needs to allow access to deeper layers of tissue where needed, and to encourage each person's innate healing process to do what it does best. Leah incorporates Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Cupping techniques into her massages. She has also received training in Ashiatsu and has begun to study SMRT, a positional release modality.
