Join Charise for a yoga-inspired women’s circle designed to cultivate self-love, confidence, and deep self-acceptance.
This gentle, nurturing experience blends movement, breath, reflection, and connection in a safe and supportive space.
We’ll begin by grounding the body with calming pranayama and gentle, accessible movement, inviting softness and ease rather than effort. From there, we’ll transition into guided journaling and quiet reflection to explore self-love, inner confidence, and releasing self-judgment.
We’ll gather in circle to enjoy herbal tea, pull oracle cards for insight and intention, and share (only if you feel called) in a non-judgmental, heart-centered space.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember your inherent worth—just as you are.
